Doxa is an early-stage startup that is relentless in addressing industry pain points, improving workflow and communication, and creating tight connections within an ecosystem. Through our award-winning B2B SaaS collaborative trade platform, Doxa Connex, we are pioneering completely new features for our clients, beginning with the built environment sector. 

With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.

In this role, you will plan and coordinate all aspects of external software application system-specific projects from initiation to delivery; develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints. Projects may vary in number, size and complexity. You will work closely with a very diverse team from product, tech and project management!


  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Preparation of Statement of Works (SOW)
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Develop full scale project plans
  • Manage project budget & resource allocation
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Manage project scope and raise (and manage) project change request
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Manage customer’s expectation and escalation for key accounts and projects
  • Ensure good customer experience and achieve high satisfaction level during the project lifecycle
  • Provide management with regular updates on overall project delivery status, account health and major escalations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering-related
  • PMP Certification with at least 3 years Project Management experience
  • Experience in Applications implementation (Application Vendor or Systems Integrator)
  • Self-starter who is able to quickly learn new tools and gain familiarity with new processes and technologies with minimal assistance.
  • Experienced at creating spreadsheets, presentation material, and project / process documentation.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments concurrently.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, documentation).
  • Demonstrate observational and analytic skills, including: ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information, strong attention to detail and accuracy, ability to track and report metrics, and manage risks.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate project updates to client executives.
