Through our award-winning B2B SaaS collaborative trade platform, Doxa Connex, we are pioneering completely new features for our clients, beginning with the built environment sector. 

With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.

Role

For this position, you will be expected to deliver an excellent level of service to all clients, including implementing our solution, training, and onboarding their users, dealing with requests for information, queries, and problems in an efficient and friendly manner, while developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to meet with our clients’ demands. Working in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment, the client services and training team has the honour of delivering our suite of products to our clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire implementation process of onboarding and training new clients and their suppliers, and integrating with their internal systems.
  • Be familiar with our platform (Doxa Connex), its modules and sub-modules
  • Support clients with general platform / product queries
  • Monitor usage and actively follow up to identify and resolve any issues
  • Support internal teams in getting clients connected, delivering initial user training
  • Fostering productive relationships with both Clients and other Sales & Client Services Representatives; and supporting team efforts to deliver great service, particularly around product launches
  • Monitor and report any potential problems with our platform or users

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of client services & training or related experience on IT software solutions
  • Able to prioritise tasks and maintain a professional approach under pressure
  • Passion to drive customer success and focus on creating value for the customer
  • Strong Office 365 skills and must be comfortable using software applications and online services
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and another Asian language to be able to effectively communicate with across the region
