With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.
For this position, you will be expected to deliver an excellent level of service to all clients, including implementing our solution, training, and onboarding their users, dealing with requests for information, queries, and problems in an efficient and friendly manner, while developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services in order to meet with our clients’ demands. Working in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment, the client services and training team has the honour of delivering our suite of products to our clients across various industries.
