Through our award-winning B2B SaaS collaborative trade platform, Doxa Connex, we are pioneering completely new features for our clients, beginning with the built environment sector. 

With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.

We're looking for an excitable and independent HR Manager (or Specialist) to take charge of our HR-related workflows and processes. As this person will be the pioneer hire in the team, he or she will be initially expected to manage end-to-end processes, and be able to built a team when necessary.


  • Aspire towards a strong people-centric foundation for the company to grow and thrive
  • Responsible for full scope of human resources functions which includes strategic, ongoing operational support and advice
  • Prioritising and balancing the timeline, development, and roll-out of HR functions
  • Plan, develop and manage HR programs and processes
  • Be highly involved in Talent Acquisition which includes Sourcing, Recruitment, Interviewing, and Hiring
  • Ensure successful Onboarding & Offboarding for employees
  • Be able to advise on Talent Development programmes
  • Maintain some, if not all, aspects of Compensation and Benefits programme
  • Own and maintain the internal HRMS
  • Be on top of employment passes or permits
  • Conduct manpower planning exercises with Co-founders, analyse and forecast manpower costing and budgeting plans
  • Design, maintain, and enforce HR policies by adhering to local (Singapore) regulations


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent (e.g. related Degree with IHRP certification)
  • 3+ years experience in most human resources functions (HR Executives, Specialists are welcome to apply)
  • Passionate about people
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Rigourous, analytical, and self-motivated, especially when working remotely
  • A natural problem-solver; able to navigate through disorder and formulate processes to address it
  • Willing to build and lead a small team, scaling where necessary
