With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.

Role

We now have an exciting and new opening for a Head of Sales to build out our sales function. You will be responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organisation and leading the team to achieve aggressive growth and market disruption. As a senior leader of the organization, you will foster close working relationships and partnership with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive vision, strategy and results through personal sales activity
  • Develop annual sales forecasts using a combination of top-down and bottom-up input
  • Convert sales funnel into commercial success
  • Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to the wider company and board
  • Be responsible for driving greater results from a small but growing sales function
  • Provide exemplary leadership through training, coaching and mentorship to the sales organisation and set a daily example of core values and commitment to culture
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing Teams to support roadmap activities
  • Work closely with Partners to create win-win solution in Sales
  • Facilitate and drive performance management processes
  • Develop and grow the team(s), champion a culture based on success and run regular incentives

Requirements

  • High energy, winning team player with integrity
  • A strategic individual with previous start-up experience (essential)
  • Experience in Procurement-to-Payment software preferred, but other relevant experience will also be considered
  • 7+ years of demonstrated experience as a Sales Leader selling SaaS and enterprise software, preferably beyond Singapore
  • Player-Managers with hands-on sales experience and personal target ownership ability
  • Proficiency in sales processes, for qualification, technical proofs, negotiation, and closing
  • Those with experience in building sales teams from scratch
  • Inspirational candidates who have first-class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise at the highest of levels
  • Polished sales leaders with a proven record of sales success (team growth and revenue targets)
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills with the ability to develop credibility and trust quickly
