Through our award-winning B2B SaaS collaborative trade platform, Doxa Connex, we are pioneering completely new features for our clients, beginning with the built environment sector. 

With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.

The IT Solutions team is an exciting independent revenue-generating team that seeks to obtain new projects that would benefit Doxa in specific industry domain knowledge. It will have its own development capabilities and project timelines, but will leverage on Doxa’s existing product, workflow or domain knowledge where necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Take charge of Doxa system integration bids & sales, driving sales to meet target
  • Expand on current client base to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Pioneer and develop new markets/accounts
  • Work closely with the technology team
  • Drive, strategise, develop, and implement new sales and marketing strategies for Doxa system integration business
  • Prepare and execute customer presentations and/or demos the products, solutions, and services
  • Provide, update, and manage pre-sales, sales and marketing process
  • Provide proposals to tenders RFx and quotes
  • Proactive in creating innovative and attractive ideas to secure and meet clients’ needs
  • Develop and manage good working relationships with strategic partners
  • Work with the management team to develop new businesses

Requirements

  • At least 10 years field sales and marketing experience in the IT solutions and System Integration industry
  • Good track record of min. 5 years success in IT solutions Sales
  • A business builder, resourceful, result oriented with strong managerial and leadership qualities
  • Able to strategise with senior management to set the direction for the business and in making critical strategic decisions
  • Mature with initiative and able to work under pressure in a team environment.
  • Possess a strong drive, commitment and 'can do' attitude
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced high growth environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and well developed presentation skills
