With our upcoming Series A round, we're looking to bring in a new group of talents to join us in taking our disruptive solution to market more aggressively.


We now have an exciting and new opening for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive the Sales of our platform to B2B customers.   Reporting to Head of Sales (SaaS), the aim of the role is to the increase the number of sign ups to our platform.


  • 'Hunter' approach to initiating conversations with prospective clients from "cold" levels
  • Grow Sales via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
  • Meet Quarterly & Annual Sales Targets
  • Manage perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
  • Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
  • Work closely with Partners to create win-win solution to drive Sales
  • Maintaining detailed records in CRM and your sales pipeline to develop strong forecasting capability


  • 3+ years of business development experience in a SaaS/start-up, with proven record of exceeding Sales targets
  • Proven track record for closing new deals with both large and mid-size companies and exceeding targets
  • Highly credible in front of senior/C-suite executives of Fortune 500 companies, PE professionals, hedge fund managers, and others. Able to rapidly build professional rapport
  • Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
  • Capable of managing long sales cycle (3-6 months) and consistently "nurturing" leads.
  • Able to present and lead discovery meetings by using consultative questioning, active listening and a "challenger" mind set, in order to steer conversations
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Effective at working with other stakeholders to ensure that the right resources and expertise are in place pitching and nurturing clients
